�      Design, modling and review of Pressure vessels, colums, reactors, tanks and heat exchangers on Compress, Tank and PVLite.
�      Preparation of  Pump mechanical datasheets based on Process DataSheets. (PDS).
�      Pump spec. & mto summary, requisitions, pump datasheets
�      Compliance check: Pumps to API 610, Compressors to API 617, AFC to API 661 and turbine to NEMASM23

�      Co-ordination with piping engineers and designers regarding mechanical equipments such as  pressure vessels, colums,  recators, boilers, tanks and heat exchangers for nozzles orientation and height with respect to project applicable standards.
�      Boot and nozzle reinforcement pad calculations.
�      Vessel clip information for vertical and horizontal Vessels, spheres and Storage Tanks.
�      Check and ensure the mechanical design deliverables are inline with project specific requirements, client specifications, applicable codes and engineering practices.
�      Co-ordination with mechanical, process, equipment vendor, pressure vessel fabricator & site personnel.
�      Co-ordination with Client EPC contractor regarding mechanical equipments and detail technical design.
�     Final design checking for pressure vessels, coulms and recators in Compress and PVLite design output data with respect to client, international and company standards.

 

 

Analytical Capabilities on Compress, Tank & PVLite :`

  

�      Design code compliance check as per ASME section 8 divition 1 & 2, ASTM

�      Design shall thinkness based on internal, external pressure.

�      Spicify required numbers, type and location of stifnerss rings based on external pressure for mechanical equipments such as pressure vessels and columns.

�      Design Self Reinforcement Nozzles SRN for pressure vessels.

�      Nozzle to shell stress calculations as per WRC 107, WRC 297 and API 650.

�      Modeling of shell, nozzles, heads, flanges & supports, lifting lugs

�      Engineering of pressure vessel supports, skirt, legs and saddles.

�      Apply wind and seismic data in pressure vessels, plateforms and columns.

�      Specifiy head type as required on project spifictaion

�      Apply fluid specific gravity and maximum level.

�      Add additional weight based internal parts

�      Provide plateform to pressure vessels and columns
